The project ‘Hiking for Stories’ is a collaboration of sex Nordic artists, bringing together the practice of Urban Hitchhiking and the art of oral storytelling. In this project, we explore how the practice of Urban Hitchhiking can be used as a method for collecting life stories from people who live in urban areas within the Nordic countries. Another aim of the project is to explore how the practice of Urban Hitchhiking can be developed into a storytelling concept and serve as a stage for sharing these urban stories forward.
